Area of operation of the Distributors: to reach the grassroot level normally we have planned to set up our Distributor network in two different ways. Block level or Zonewise Distributors and the Distributors for District Headquarter Towns. Block or Zonewise Distributors will get the area of minimum 500 to 600 retail counters and institutional sales as per their connection. normally a District Headquarter Town will be divided within two Distributor but in a special case any Distributor can be able to take the responsibility for both. The area of District Headquarter Town will be consist of minimum 1200 to 1500 retail counters as well as a huge opportunity to grab the institutional sale as per their connection.
Agreement money for the Distributorship :- For Block or Zonal level per Distributor only Rupees 1 lakh, for District town only Rs 1.5 Lakh – if oany Distributor will take both two area of the district town then it will be Rs.3 lakh. This amount is 100% refundable if any Distributor wants to terminate his Distributorship with 2 months prior notice – will be effected not before November 2026.
